Full Time Product Development Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in PAN ASIA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Job Summary:

Responsible for the end-to-end development of new motorcycle models and continuous improvement of existing products. Coordinate product development, engineering validation, prototype testing, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure products meet quality, safety, regulatory, cost, and market requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead new motorcycle and component development projects from concept to production.

· Coordinate product design with OEM partners, suppliers, and internal departments.

· Review engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical specifications.

· Plan and conduct prototype builds, laboratory tests, road tests, and durability testing.

· Work closely with Test Riders to evaluate vehicle performance.

· Analyze test results and recommend design improvements.

· Manage engineering changes (ECN/ECR) and maintain technical documentation.

· Support pilot builds and mass production activities.

· Liaise with suppliers on technical specifications and quality improvements.

· Benchmark competitor products and recommend enhancements.

· Prepare engineering reports, BOM, and product specifications.

· Ensure compliance with applicable safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, or related Engineering.

· Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience (motorcycle/automotive preferred).

· Knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, AutoCAD or equivalent).

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Willing to travel for supplier visits, testing, and product launches

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
