• Key Responsibilities
• Organize and coordinate tours and travel arrangements.
• Manage reservations, bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
• Prepare travel itineraries and supporting travel documents.
• Communicate with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and other travel partners.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service before, during, and after their trips.
• Resolve travel-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
• Support the development of new tour packages and travel products.
• Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company standards and client requirements.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Operator based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Tour Operator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating travel arrangements, managing tour bookings, handling reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the travel experience. The role also involves creating and managing tour itineraries, liaising with travel suppliers, and resolving operational issues to ensure smooth and successful trips.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel and tourism, tour operations, or a related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience managing reservations and travel bookings.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity in developing attractive tour packages is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel reservation systems is a plus.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
