Part Time Weekend shift Receptionist Jobs, in Language Centre Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Role

• Answer phone calls, emails and walk-in clients and students
• Welcome students at the centre
• Handle data entry and daily operations (payments, new registration, schedule change...)
• Reporting on activity
• Resolve issues and escalate as required

Requirements:

• 1st experience as receptionist (counter) or in customer service
• Good presentation and customer-oriented, comfortable with clients face to face and over the phone
• Experience in education sector is a plus
• Dynamic, self-driven, professional and reliable
• Proficient with Office, email, and more generally IT
• Available Saturday and Sundays 8.30am-5pm (30min break)
• no visa sponsorship

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 per hour
