The Content Creator Assistant is responsible for supporting the content creation process to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales growth across TikTok and other digital platforms. This role assists in video shooting, content preparation, editing coordination and affiliate campaign support to ensure smooth execution of daily content activities. The Content Creator Assistant also helps manage content materials, monitor content performance, and support live-commerce initiatives in alignment with campaign objectives and business targets.
Job Responsibilities & KPI
- Assist in creating content for TikTok → 3 videos daily, consistent in posting according to content calendar
- Schedule and upload content to social media platforms → Minimum 95% on-time posting rate
- Prepare captions, hooks, CTA, and on-screen text for social media posts → 100% content posted with approved captions & CTA
- Assist in brainstorming new content ideas and trends → 95% on-time posting based on content calendar
- Monitor social media trends, viral sounds, and competitor activities → Share minimum 5 trend/content ideas weekly
- Organize content files, products, and shooting materials → All files and materials properly organized and updated weekly
- Track video performance such as views and engagement → Weekly performance report submitted on time
- Attend to any adhoc task assigned by superior
Qualifications / Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in content creation or social media management (TikTok experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience in video shooting, editing, and using TikTok native tools or apps like CapCut/Adobe Premiere.
- Experience in managing TikTok Shop / Affiliate Program or influencer collaborations.
- Proven track record of growing TikTok/IG accounts with strong content performance.
Competencies / Knowledge / Skills
- Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe editing tools.
- Strong creativity, video editing & storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of TikTok trends, analytics & e-commerce.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication & teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in content creation or affiliate marketing is an advantage.
