Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support.
Prepare quotations, reports, letters, and other documents.
Assist with government tender and quotation submissions.
Maintain proper filing and document control.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and government agencies.
Support HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, leave, and employee records.
Assist with procurement, inventory, and office asset management.
Handle phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Canva, Google Workspace, or AI tools is an added advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Able to multitask, work independently, and maintain a high level of professionalism
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
