Kerja Sepenuh Masa Senior Executive - Menu Development, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di Old Town White Coffee Selangor - Maukerja

OBJECTIVE

• To support in Menu Development via creating, testing, and refining menu items across all OldTown White Coffee formats, with a strong emphasis on culinary execution, recipe standardization, and cost-conscious product development. This role bridges creative culinary work with the operational and compliance rigor required for a multi-outlet F&B chain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Work with MDD team members, marketing and related departments to develop, test, and refine new and existing menu items and recipes.
• Conduct recipe costing and support menu engineering analysis (contribution margin, category performance)
• Coordinate sensory/tasting sessions with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support new and revamped menu development and format-specific menu adaptation.
• Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and detailed recipes for all menu items.
• Support supplier development initiatives, including sourcing trials, sample evaluation, and documentation (GMP, HACCP, Halal compliance)
• Maintain organized records of recipes, costings, and supplier specifications.
• Assist in menu documentation for compliance submissions (e.g. KPDN pricing justification, nutritional/ingredient declarations)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1.Minimum 5 years in culinary/kitchen operations, product development, or menu R&D within an F&B chain, café, or hotel environment.
• Experience with ingredients cost management, commercial F&B business food processing procedures, previous legal food compliance and menu engineering (cost and sales margin management) an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
