We are expanding our team for a fast-paced Substructure Project in Puchong.

We have recently secured a Substructure Project (2-Acre Site) with an intensive 16-week timeline. To ensure flawless site execution, strict quality control and professional client reporting, we are looking for highly driven, agile and experienced professionals to join us immediately.

(1)SITE ENGINEER

Role Purpose: To manage 100% on-site technical compliance, supervise sub-contractors, conduct material testing, and update daily site diaries.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 2–4 years of site experience (fresh graduates with strong substructure internship background are welcome).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in setting out, earthworks, rebar, formwork, and concrete pouring.
• Soft Skills: Sharp eye for detail and fast problem-solving on-site.
• Requirement: Valid CIDB Green Card & own transport.

(2) SITE SUPERVISOR

Role Purpose: To act as the ground commander managing labour forces, heavy machinery logistics, and strict daily safety enforcement.

• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction or ABM/IKM certification.
• Experience: 3–5 years as a Site Supervisor specializing in earthworks and concrete foundations.
• Technical Skills: Strong command over site workers and subcontractor schedules.
• Soft Skills: Strict, highly disciplined, and able to communicate with diverse workforces.
• Requirement: Valid CIDB Green Card (Site Safety Supervisor/SSS DOSH certificate is a huge advantage).
