Our member company is seeking a meticulous and motivated Operations Manager to join the team In this role, you will play a critical part in leading and optimizing F&B and retail operations by driving outlet performance, achieving revenue targets, and delivering exceptional product and service standards through effective team leadership and strategic execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and scale F&B and retail operations to drive business growth, operational excellence, and outlet profitability across Singapore.
• Manage and develop high-performing teams to achieve revenue targets, enhance productivity, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Execute strategic initiatives and operational standards to ensure consistent product quality, service excellence, and sustainable business performance.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in F&B or multi-site retail operations with 2 or more outlets
• Strong command of written and spoken English. Proven experience in managing P&L, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Demonstrated leadership with high emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong interpersonal skills.
• A track record of driving commercial performance and operational improvements.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and systems-driven; thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• You must have the passion for hospitality and tea, which is our core of our business.
• We are seeking a positive individual, a true leader that will lead by example and is willing to lead from the front line.
