Key Responsibilities

This role requires both strong project management capabilities and the ability to be technically involved in implementation, ensuring solutions are practical and effectively embedded into daily operations.

1. Project Ownership & Delivery

              •            Lead projects from planning through execution and closure

              •            Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria

              •            Drive projects to completion with clear accountability for outcomes

2. Operational & Process Improvement

              •            Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current operations

              •            Design and implement improvements to enhance productivity and scalability

              •            Standardise processes and introduce practical automation where applicable

3. Hands-on & Technical Involvement

              •            Actively participate in implementation of systems, tools, or process changes

              •            Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into solutions

              •            Ensure solutions are workable, scalable, and aligned with operational needs

4. Stakeholder Management

              •            Coordinate across teams (Operations, IT, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment

              •            Manage expectations, provide clear updates, and resolve issues proactively

              •            Escalate risks and blockers in a timely manner

5. Planning, Budget & Tracking

              •            Develop detailed project plans with milestones and resource allocation

              •            Track progress, manage budgets, and ensure efficient execution

              •            Provide clear, outcome-focused reporting

6. Risk & Issue Management

              •            Identify risks, dependencies, and potential blockers early

              •            Implement mitigation plans and ensure minimal disruption to operations

7. Change Management & Adoption

              •            Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and workflows

              •            Support training, communication, and transition into business-as-usual

              •            Ensure changes are sustained post-implementation

8. Documentation & Governance

              •            Maintain structured project documentation and records

              •            Ensure proper handover and knowledge transfer

9. Continuous Improvement

              •            Monitor performance post-implementation

              •            Identify further improvement opportunities and optimise processes over time
