Role Description This is a part-time, on-site System Analyst role based in Chemor. The System Analyst will work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, document processes, and translate needs into technical specifications. Daily tasks include analyzing existing systems, identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and collaborating with IT teams on configuration, testing, and deployment. The role involves troubleshooting system issues, supporting end users, and preparing clear documentation such as workflows, use cases, and reports. The System Analyst will also assist in evaluating new tools or system enhancements to improve performance and effectiveness.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Systems Analysis and Business Analysis skills to evaluate requirements and design effective solutions.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess system performance, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess a good foundation in Information Technology, including familiarity with common enterprise systems and basic software architecture concepts.
• Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical resolutions.
• Relevant diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within part-time schedules.
• Experience in system documentation, process mapping, or user acceptance testing will be an advantage.
