Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills for resolving user issues and handling service requests.
• Candidates should possess solid Information Technology knowledge and System Administration skills for managing systems, accounts, and configurations.
• Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with basic networking concepts, operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux), and common productivity tools.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, manage priorities, and support a hybrid work environment in WP. Kuala Lumpur.
• Experience in healthcare or a regulated environment, and knowledge of security or compliance best practices, is an advantage.
