Responsibilities
- Overall 3 years of experience in production and application support, ensuring system stability, availability, and timely issue resolution.
- Experienced in supporting Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems and maintaining critical business applications.
- Working knowledge of Kotlin, Java, React.js, and SQL, with the ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and support applications developed using these technologies.
- Basic knowledge in Tableau and AWS.
- Provide day-to-day production and application support for GRC platforms, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
- Monitor application health, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Support the RSA Archer Risk Management platform, including troubleshooting, configuration, user support, and issue resolution.
