Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Admin is responsible for overseeing sales administrative activities, supporting the sales team, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining efficient coordination between sales, customers, and internal departments to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide the sales administration team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Manage sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, and warehouse teams on order fulfillment
  • Monitor sales documentation including quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and contracts
  • Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and sales data in the system

Requirements

  • SPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales administration
  • Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Excellent knowledge in using software & Excel formula eg: Piviot Table, Vlookup & Indexing
  • Prefer candidates who have experience in people management or supervisory roles

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
