Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Executive, IT - System Control di ELK-Desa Resources Berhad Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive, IT & System Control to support the daily operations of our ITS department. In this role, you will assist in system enhancement projects, monitor service performance, prepare operational reports, and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth and efficient ITS operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Quality Control (QC) testing for system enhancement projects.

• Prepare and maintain monthly operational reports for management review.

• Monitor service tickets and liaise with vendors to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Manage user access administration, including User ID creation, modification and deactivation.

• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

• Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day activities.

• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in IT operations, system support, or a related role.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.

• Willing to be based in Klang, Selangor
