Key Responsibilities

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business partners.

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales growth.

-Promote and sell the company's suspension and brake component product range.

-Conduct regular customer visits to workshops, distributors, retailers, and fleet operators.

-Calculate and quote product prices to customers based on the company's standard selling and pricing policies or product costs.

-Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities to secure orders.

-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

-Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

-Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

-Communicate customer feedback, market intelligence, and sales-related updates to management when required.

Requirements

-Previous sales experience is preferred; experience in automotive parts or aftermarket sales will be an added advantage.

-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

-Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

-Possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel for customer visits.

-Basic computer skills.

-Knowledge of suspension and brake components will be an added advantage.

-Diploma or Degree qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
