Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Pre-Qualification activities for new tender opening, ensure compliance with customer’s standard and proper customer relationship management.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  • Gain full understanding of the market and competitive landscape and utilize available marketing tools and information to target new business opportunities.
  • Assist in marketing/ segmental research, define market segment strategies to achieve and exceed targets and increase market share in the target segment. Gain knowledge of market trends, regulations and customers’ preferences, understand competition offerings and contribute to enhancing service capabilities & corporate image.
  • In charge of branding initiatives to improve corporate image and establish online presence through LinkedIn social media management and website management.
  • Participating in marketing events, exhibitions, expositions, career fairs, seminars.
  • Customer database management, update and maintenance.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction survey and report preparation.
  • Point of contact for new projects, understand customer’s requirement & project scopes, dissect tender brief/document to ensure information is disseminated to engineers.
  • Prepare presentation material and proposal based on customer’s need.
  • Strong collaboration with Engineering team, Tender team, Project team and respective Business Units to prepare proposal & bid in securing new projects.
  • Accountable for the quality, safety, health and environmental management and performance at the workplace and project site.
  • Undertake daily marketing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.

Job Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in Business Admin/Marketing/Mass Com/Engineering or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Highly organized self-starter who can work cross functional on planning & implementation of marketing projects.
  • Proactive in understanding and making use of market orientation information to anticipate and react to market situations.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel outstation local and oversea as and when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
