Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CRM Coordinator with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Field Service, system integrations, and the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions and ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation, enhancement, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules, with a strong focus on Field Service.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using:
• Microsoft Logic Apps
• Power Automate (Flow)
• Custom Plugins
• Custom Actions
• Develop and maintain CRM customizations using C#, JavaScript, and .NET technologies where required.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including:
• Requirement Analysis
• Solution Design
• Development
• Testing
• Deployment
• Production Support
• Perform system troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance optimization.
• Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and user support documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month

Experience:
