Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions
• Support progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts
• Measure quantities and track project costs
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project team
• Assist in cost control and contract administration

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of QS experience in Electrical or ACMV works
• Basic knowledge of Singapore construction environment preferred
• Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and responsible
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
