Responsibilities:

1. Delivery Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed delivery plans for assigned initiatives and workstreams. Drive execution against agreed scope, timelines, priorities, and milestones. Coordinate technical and functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Ensure dependencies, blockers, and execution risks are identified early and managed proactively.

2. Governance and Stakeholder Management Establish and maintain delivery governance across internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Facilitate regular progress reviews, working sessions, and leadership updates. Provide timely escalation of issues, risks, and decisions requiring management intervention. Ensure clear accountability, action tracking, and decision follow-through across all involved parties.

3. Transition and Operational Readiness Ensure delivery activities are aligned with production support, service readiness, and transition[1] to support requirements. Coordinate handover planning, operational acceptance, and stabilization activities. Support continuity planning where delivery intersects with vendor transition or resource changes. Work closely with service management and support teams to minimize disruption to live operations.

4. Risk, Quality, and Compliance Control Track and manage delivery risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. Ensure governance discipline, documentation, and audit-ready evidence where required. Monitor adherence to the approved scope and prevent uncontrolled expansion or duplication of effort. Support compliance with internal processes, controls, and change governance requirements.

5. Vendor and Delivery Coordination: Coordinate vendor delivery activities and hold delivery teams accountable to agreed outcomes. Monitor execution quality, milestone performance, and delivery responsiveness. Support alignment between incumbent and incoming teams during transition periods where applicable.

6. Continuous Improvement and Strategic Support: Identify opportunities to improve execution effectiveness, governance discipline, and delivery transparency. Contribute to the shaping of a more sustainable long-term delivery and sourcing model. Support leadership in translating strategic objectives into practical execution plans.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Has 12 – 14 years’ experience
