Full Time Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Mah Sing Group Selangor - Maukerja

Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for the upkeep and smooth operation of the building facilities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections of common area services and fittings.
• Monitor water meter readings and water tank levels.
• Attend to occupant complaints, emergency calls, and repair requests.
• Prepare and submit incident reports after emergency or repair works.
• Review and monitor renovation applications and activities for compliance.
• Supervise contractors to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Propose and implement preventive maintenance to reduce recurring issues.
• Maintain good rapport with residents and communicate maintenance updates.
• Work closely with maintenance staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Maintenance.
• Chargeman or Wireman certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read service contracts, technical manuals, and drawings.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and safety awareness.
• Good interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, positive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Willing to be based in Rawang

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sepang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
