Full Time Construction Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 10,000 in MIE Industrial Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee the construction of our upcoming project located in Senawang. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in large-scale industrial or mission-critical facilities, with excellent leadership and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coordinate all on-site construction activities for the data center project.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking to ensure timely completion.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring smooth execution of work.
• Ensure all construction works comply with design specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Review drawings, method statements, technical submissions, and resolve site issues promptly.
• Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and prepare regular project reports.
• Monitor cost control, material usage, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams (CSA, MEP, IT, and project management) to ensure project alignment.
• Enforce site safety, risk control, and regulatory compliance at all times.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 8–10 years experience in construction management, preferably with data centers, industrial buildings, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of CSA/MEP construction works and sequencing.
• Proven experience managing contractors, schedules, and complex site operations.
• Familiar with local building regulations, safety standards, and authority requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under tight timelines and manage multiple stakeholders.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
