Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve online sales and business growth.
  • Manage the company's online stores on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website.
  • Monitor daily online sales performance and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
  • Plan and execute online promotional campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, and platform marketing activities.
  • Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, pricing, keywords, and images to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Analyze sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors' pricing, promotions, and product offerings.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely delivery.
  • Ensure inventory levels are sufficient and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop digital advertising campaigns, social media promotions, and content strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Live Host and Content Creator teams to maximize campaign performance and online engagement.
  • Monitor advertising performance (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads) and optimize return on investment (ROI).
  • Improve customer satisfaction by monitoring reviews, ratings, inquiries, and complaint resolution.
  • Manage platform compliance, store health, and seller performance metrics.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, advertising, conversion rates, and profitability.
  • Lead, coach, and supervise the e-commerce team to improve productivity and performance.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for e-commerce operations.
  • Manage the e-commerce budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Identify and implement new technologies, automation tools, and marketplace features to improve operational efficiency.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
