Full Time Computer Systems Trainer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan Great Pyramid Selangor - Maukerja

Our client Established in 2001, is a premier TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) college offering comprehensive, student-focused vocational training in Malaysia across fields like Computer Systems (IT), Hospitality, Information System (Office Administration), and Electrical Installation and Maintenance.

They are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Computer Systems Trainer to deliver quality training in computer systems and networking technology. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, capable of engaging students in both theoretical and practical learning, and committed to helping learners develop industry-relevant technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training in Computer Systems, Computer Networking, and related IT subjects.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assessments, and practical exercises.
• Conduct classroom, laboratory, and hands-on training sessions.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor student progress and maintain academic records.
• Ensure training complies with institutional and TVET quality standards.
• Maintain computer laboratories, equipment, and training resources.
• Stay updated with current technologies and industry best practices.
• Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties assigned by management related to teaching and training.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Computer Systems, Computer Networking Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science Or other related ICT fields.
• TVET Diploma or Advanced Diploma is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching or training experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Computer hardware and software, Operating systems (Windows/Linux), Computer networking fundamentals, Network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct practical, hands-on training sessions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in TVET institutions or skills training centres is preferred.
• Familiarity with competency-based education and assessment is an added advantage.
