Full Time Operations - Quality Trainer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Oriental Coffee International Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all outlet dishes comply with standard recipes, portion sizes, and plating requirements.
• Conduct regular kitchen audits to ensure hygiene and food safety standards are met.
• Oversee production and distribution processes in both the central kitchen and outlet kitchens.
• Handle product deviations and customer feedback, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and R&D teams to develop new dishes and seasonal menus.
• Perform dish costing and maintain all standardized recipe and operational documentation.
• Control raw material usage, purchasing costs, wastage, and ensure healthy food gross profit.
• Train chefs and kitchen staff to ensure consistency in standard operating procedures.
• Support new store openings, including kitchen layout planning, workflow setup, and staff training.
• Build and develop a talent pipeline for head chefs, sous chefs, and kitchen supervisors.
• Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and the Central Kitchen to ensure smooth coordination.
• Prepare and submit cost analysis reports, quality assessments, and continuous improvement plans.
• Participate in monthly management meetings and provide recommendations for operational improvements.

Job Requirements:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in kitchen operations or culinary management.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen workflow, and cost control.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to lead kitchen teams effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel between outlets.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong (Nearby Taman Mas)
