Full Time Chef - Commis Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in FENDA CAFE Selangor - Maukerja

Junior kitchen role supporting food prep, cooking, plating, cleaning and daily kitchen tasks under the direction of senior chefs.

Requirements:

• Follow instructions accurately and work with discipline.
• Keen and willing to learn.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Keep pace during service.

Complementary skills, experience & certification

• Complementary skills: Basic knife skills; familiarity with kitchen equipment; teamwork; the drive to grow into a CDP role.
• Experience: Some kitchen experience preferred; entry-level acceptable with a strong willingness to learn.
• Certification: MOH-recognised Food Handler Training certificate (SLPM, ~RM50, valid for life) plus a valid anti-typhoid vaccination (renewed every 3 years) — legally required under the Food Hygiene Regulations 2009 before handling any food or drink. Can be arranged after hiring if not yet held. Culinary training is a plus.

Pay: RM2,200.00 per month
