Kerja Sepenuh Masa CUSTOMER SERVICE (JUNIOR), Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Agensi Perkerjaan Shue Selangor - Maukerja

• Service both existing and new customers by attending to their requests and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Follow up and manage day-to-day shipment.
• Prepare quotation when applicable.
• Coordinate and liaise with overseas agents for smooth shipment handling.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely receipt and processing of invoices
• Handle inquiries from agents and provide quotations for door delivery shipments (DDU/DDP/DAP) for Import & Export.
• Assist with operational tasks as directed by the supervisor
• Track job progress and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely job completion, including daily and monthly reporting
• Maintain an organized documentation and filing system for all transactions and communications.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
