* Manage daily office operations and administrative activities

* Maintain company records, project documents, and filing systems

* Coordinate communication between management, site supervisors, and workers

* Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and manpower schedules

* Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records

* Support recruitment, onboarding, and worker documentation

* Handle general HR matters and staff communication

* Coordinate with site supervisors on daily work progress and manpower deployment

* Assist in scheduling site activities and project coordination

* Ensure proper submission of site-related documents and reports

* Maintain company licenses, permits, and workers documentation

* Coordinate compliance matters with relevant Singapore authorities, including MOM and BCA

* Ensure proper documentation for workplace safety and regulatory requirements

* Supervise and coordinate daily transport operations for construction projects 

* Manage and monitor drivers, vehicle schedules, and site delivery arrangements 

* Ensure timely transportation of construction materials, equipment, and workers to project sites 

* Assist management in planning delivery routes and assigning drivers efficiently 

* Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing schedules, and safety compliance 

* Ensure all drivers follow workplace safety regulations and company procedures 

* Support loading and unloading of construction materials and equipment when required 

* Coordinate with site supervisors regarding transportation and manpower arrangements 

* Night shift and overtime work may be required depending on project operations
