Job Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and provide professional product recommendations.
Build strong customer relationships to enhance the shopping experience and encourage repeat business.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and after-sales service professionally.
Perform daily opening and closing duties, including cashiering.
Monitor stock levels, replenish merchandise, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Ensure products are displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
Support promotional campaigns, events, and in-store marketing activities.
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment.
Follow company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
Retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
Passion for retail sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
Sales-driven with a positive attitude.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
