Coordination and Supervision: Overseeing and coordinating Construction, Architectural, M&E and ACMV works with other site activities, ensuring smooth workflow and minimizing delays.

Technical Expertise: Interpreting technical designs and drawings, providing technical advice, and resolving technical issues on site.

Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of project works, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.

Safety Management: Ensuring that all site activities are conducted safely, implementing and enforcing safety procedures.

Documentation and Reporting: Preparing progress reports, method statements, risk assessments, and other relevant documentation.
