Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily application and production support for International Wealth Management (IWM) systems.
  • Provide support in rotational shifts and participate in on-call support as required.
  • Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
  • Monitor production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and provide workarounds or permanent resolutions.
  • Liaise with business users, infrastructure teams, development teams, and vendors to resolve production incidents.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, release management, and change implementations.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments for BAU changes and projects.
  • Track production issues, conduct incident post-mortems, and implement preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with regional IT teams to ensure smooth upstream and downstream processing.
  • Participate in business continuity planning, disaster recovery exercises, and regional/global IT projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support or Production Support within the banking or financial services domain.
  • Experience supporting Wealth Management, Order Management Systems (OMS), or Execution Management Systems (EMS).
  • Strong hands-on experience with UNIX, SQL (Oracle/MS SQL), Oracle 19c, and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with UNIX shell scripting, automation, and job scheduling tools such as Autosys.
  • Hands-on experience with Avaloq, MarginMan, or AWS is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, FIX Protocol, cloud operations, microservices, Python, or Perl is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and a reliable team player.
  • Preferred certifications include Avaloq Certification and ITIL v3 or equivalent.
