Position Overview

We are looking for a Sustainability Solution Engineer to join ourteam. This role requires some experience in Building Management Systems (BMS),chiller systems, and commercial HVAC solutions, with a keen understanding ofenergy efficiency and sustainability-driven projects. The successful candidatewill be responsible for managing client accounts, preparing proposals, andexecuting sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Servicing

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and end-users.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions aligned with project needs and energy-saving goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all sales-related communications.

Sales & Proposal Development

• Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and pricing in response to customer queries and tenders.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to align proposals with system design and technical feasibility.
• Respond promptly to enquiries and provide pre-sales technical consultation where necessary.

Sales Planning & Target Achievement

• Develop and execute sales plans in line with annual sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development strategies.
• Ensure timely follow-up on sales leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Communication & Documentation

• Provide customers with regular updates, technical documentation, and after-sales support when required.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activity and customer feedback to management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in:

*BMS Control Systems/Chiller Systems
*Energy Efficiency / Green Building Projects
*Commercial HVAC (Air-Conditioning)

• Strong technical understanding of M&E systems and energy-saving technologies.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented.
