Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer

Reporting To: Head of Technology / R&D

Location: Q Sentral, KL Sentral

Position Overview:

Responsible for the architecture design, development, and maintenance of the company’s core products. This role requires the ability to work fluidly across Web frontend, backend APIs, and databases. The ideal candidate possesses strong full-stack capabilities, along with a good understanding of DevOps and product thinking, and can independently deliver complete functional modules from UI to data layer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full-stack development of company projects, including backend, frontend, and database development.
• Design and develop high-performance backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.
• Develop and optimize frontend interfaces and user interactions using Node.js, frontend frameworks, and component libraries such as Element UI and Ant Design.
• Independently manage the full project lifecycle, including requirement analysis, system architecture design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Participate in system performance optimization to ensure platform stability, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with Product, AI, and QA teams to continuously improve user experience.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to ongoing platform technology evolution and innovation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in full-stack or backend development, with proven experience independently delivering complete projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiar with web frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and frontend frameworks, with solid knowledge of frontend component libraries such as Element UI and Ant Design.
• Familiar with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis, including database design and optimization.
• Comfortable working in Linux environments with deployment and system maintenance experience.
• Solid foundation in software engineering principles and strong coding standards awareness.
• Good communication skills with the ability to independently drive projects to completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B website/platform development and familiarity with enterprise-level application architecture and interaction logic.
• Familiarity with message queues, middleware, or search engines such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Elasticsearch.
• Practical experience in Game AI development would be an added advantage.
