Role Description

We are seeking a Quantitative Analyst to develop and apply quantitative models that support data-driven decision-making, risk assessment, and business optimization. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, design statistical and mathematical models, and generate insights that improve forecasting, operational performance, and strategic planning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into analytical solutions and deliver actionable recommendations.

The Quantitative Analyst will be responsible for collecting, validating, and analyzing structured and unstructured data, developing predictive and statistical models, performing quantitative research, and evaluating model performance. You will identify trends, test hypotheses, conduct scenario analysis, and communicate analytical findings through reports, dashboards, and presentations that support informed decision-making.

This role involves improving analytical methodologies, maintaining data quality, optimizing modeling processes, and supporting the implementation of quantitative solutions across the organization. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by applying advanced analytical techniques, validating model accuracy, and ensuring that quantitative outputs are reliable, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in quantitative reasoning, with strong problem-solving and communication abilities. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, probability theory, mathematical modeling, and quantitative research methods.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical tools.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning concepts, and statistical techniques.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to collect, clean, validate, and analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems using data-driven approaches.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and analytical findings to diverse audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, model quality, and analytical integrity.
  • Ability to develop, validate, and maintain quantitative models and analytical frameworks.
  • Familiarity with database management, data structures, and data governance principles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple analytical initiatives and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
