Seeking a Technical Service Representative who will be a key player in providing high-quality technical support and service for district accounts.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in chemical engineering or a related field and a passion for customer service. The Technical Service Representative will work both independently and collaboratively to ensure the effective functioning of chemical applications in various environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and service support to district accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve customer pain points while escalating issues as required.
• Execute required chemistry tests, log and report data, and maintain product inventories.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed equipment and process monitoring equipment.
• Assist Sales Representatives with start-ups of new applications in both existing customers and in new accounts.

Requirements:

• SPM or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful technical service or field sales support experience.
• Experience in water treatment (cooling tower, chiller, and boiler) is preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Willingness to travel for the maintenance and recovery of faulty equipment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
