Full Time Workforce Operations Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Elabram Systems Federal Territory - Maukerja

Work Location: Menara Southpoint, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9:30am – 6:30pm)
Contract Duration: 1 Year (3-month initial contract with potential extension based on performance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Workforce Operations Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, and daily workforce coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Scope:

• Follow up with applicants and support the recruitment and onboarding process
• Coordinate with new and existing operational staff regarding work schedules, attendance, and general inquiries
• Provide administrative support by responding to employee queries through various communication channels
• Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and account setup
• Maintain accurate workforce records and update internal databases

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in recruitment, operations, workforce coordination, or high-volume hiring is an added advantage
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM2,500 per month
• Statutory Benefits: In accordance with the Employment Act

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
