Full Time Architect Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in MMN Bina Sdn. Bhd Federal Territory - Maukerja

Supervise, monitor, inspect and undertake all types of architectural works at construction site.

Daily on-site supervision and assist sub contractor’s work implementations.

Ensuring architectural works are in compliance to the defined standards and time frame.

Arranging clear objectives to company general workers and operators, optimizing their outputs.

Review drawings prepared by the Architect and other consultants, highlighting of discrepancies.

Coordinate with project team on technical/ quality matters

Communicate regularly with the procurement department and monitor delivery of materials in time

Liaise with contract executives with regards to sub con scope of work disputes.

Preparing progress report for client consultant meeting.

To assist the overall project implementation and site construction

Assist the project team in carrying out inspections, attending meetings, liaising with COW, client, and other administrative matters.

Able to prepare and handle site co-ordination with sub-contractors for any new workers, logistics and daily site reports.

To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by Project Manager and the Management.

Assist in the preparation of proper record of site diary, site measurement, site record and site progress record, project claims.

Recognize and solve potential problems on site with consultants, project team, trade contractors and clerk of work.

Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc function and related duties as and when required.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
