Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities and ensure work follows drawings and specifications
- Coordinate workers, contractors, and site operations
- Monitor work progress and report updates to Head of Department
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site technical issues
- Check materials delivery and usage on site
- Maintain site records, reports, and work schedules
- Assist in setting out and basic site measurements
- Ensure project timelines are met
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in site experience
- Basic understanding of construction methods and site operations
- Able to read construction drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willing to work on-site and under hot/physical conditions
- Knowledge of safety regulations is an advantage
- Responsible, proactive, and able to solve on-site issues quickly
- Team player
