Office Location: Puncak Alam, Selangor

Project Location: Klang Valley & Outstation (Based on project site requirements)

Salary: RM2,500 & Above (Based on Experience)

Performance Allowance Available

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site operations and renovation works.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and timeline.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.
• Ensure site safety, quality control, and proper documentation.
• Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Fit-Out / Renovation works will be an added advantage.
• Experience in commercial, healthcare, or interior fit-out projects is preferred.
• Diploma or relevant qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and travel to project sites when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
