About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Admin to join our growing team at Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd in Kota Marudu, Sabah. As an Admin, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to grow within the company.
What you'll be doing
Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Managing and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for key personnel
Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
Assisting with event planning and coordination
Providing general administrative support to the wider team as needed
What we're looking for
Strong administrative experience, preferably in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Proactive, organised, and reliable with a positive attitude
