About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join the dynamic Marketing team at Mega City Builder Sdn Bhd. As a full-time Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging and impactful content that supports our brand and marketing initiatives in the Kota Kinabalu, Sabah region.

What you'll be doing

• Conceptualise and create compelling written, visual and multimedia content across various channels including social media, website, email, and advertising

• Develop a content calendar and strategy to effectively promote our products and services

• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure content is on-brand and aligned with campaign objectives

• Continuously research industry trends and adapt content to maximise engagement and conversions

• Analyse content performance and provide recommendations for improvement

• Manage and maintain the company's content library and assets

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role, preferably in the marketing/communications industry

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging and SEO-optimised content

• Proficient in using content creation tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing applications

• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content distribution

• Keen eye for design, video production, and a solid grasp of branding principles

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent time management and organisational skills
