• Assist the department in daily operations, projects, and administrative tasks.

• Support research, data collection, report preparation, and presentation development.

• Gain practical exposure to departmental functions and business operations.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to assigned projects.

• Comply with BSSB Group's policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

• Maintain a professional attitude and conduct when interacting with employees and stakeholders.

• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established deadlines.

• Prepare and present a summary report of learning outcomes and project contributions at the end of the internship.

Job requirement

• Candidate must currently pursuing diploma/bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or any other related discipline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Internship placement for a minimum period of 24 weeks (6 months) will be an added advantage. Applicants are required to state their internship start date and end date in their application.

• Basic knowledge of data analysis, report preparation, documentation, or administrative processes will be an added advantage depending on the assigned department.
