Job Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engineering systems associated with physical products.
  • Define system features, functionality, and engineering architecture.
  • Develop and manage system integrations across multiple engineering components.
  • Perform system simulations and establish test methods to validate engineering designs.
  • Manage feature implementation plans and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) to identify and mitigate design risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and system integration.
  • Develop innovative engineering solutions to improve product functionality, quality, and performance.
  • Analyze technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and engineering reports.
  • Participate actively in technical discussions and contribute to project planning and decision-making.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in systems engineering.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers when required.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Experience in designing and developing engineering systems for physical products.
  • Strong understanding of engineering architecture, system integration, and product development lifecycle.
  • Experience in conducting simulations, system validation, and testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Technical Writing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.


Preferred Skills

  • Intermediate proficiency in Controller Area Network (CAN).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
  • Experience with systems modeling and engineering tools.
  • Knowledge of automotive or embedded systems is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with systems engineering standards and best practices.
