We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Software Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent software solutions powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. This role combines software engineering expertise with AI development to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that solve real-world business challenges and accelerate digital transformation.

The role involves developing AI-powered applications, integrating machine learning models into software systems, building intelligent automation solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will participate throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from system design and architecture to implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization.

Key responsibilities include developing applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, building AI agents and conversational AI systems, integrating AI APIs and cloud-based AI services, designing data processing pipelines, optimizing model inference performance, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise platforms. The role also includes maintaining software quality through testing, debugging, documentation, version control, and adherence to software engineering best practices.

The ideal candidate will contribute to technical architecture discussions, evaluate emerging AI technologies, recommend innovative solutions, and continuously improve AI-powered products based on performance metrics and user feedback. A strong focus on scalability, maintainability, security, and responsible AI development is essential while collaborating effectively with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineering teams.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in software development using Python and familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and system architecture.
• Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, and artificial intelligence fundamentals.
• Experience working with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, and generative AI applications.
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and modern DevOps or MLOps practices.
• Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and software testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable and maintainable AI software solutions.
• Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, model governance, and software quality assurance best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and agile development teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality software within established timelines.
