Job Summary
We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with strong experience in AWS cloud infrastructure, cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing cloud solutions while ensuring security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and services.
Monitor, optimize, and manage cloud environments to ensure performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Define and maintain cloud architecture standards and documentation.
Review and design enterprise applications hosted on cloud platforms in compliance with security policies.
Collaborate with development teams to implement cloud-native and low-code solutions.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
Support containerized deployments using AWS EKS and related technologies.
Identify cloud and security risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and implement best practices.
Manage cloud resources and monitor cloud spending to optimize operational costs.
Provide regular project updates and independently manage assigned tasks.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Mandatory Skills
2–5 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Cloud Architecture, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Knowledge of AWS EKS and containerization technologies.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, networking, and DevOps practices.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing AWS resources and cloud cost optimization.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to Azure and Huawei Cloud platforms.
Application development experience on AWS.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect are an advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant cloud certifications are highly preferred.
Personal Attributes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently.
