Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Developer to join our development team.

You will help develop and maintain applications using a modern JavaScript and React-based technology stack. Our projects may run on web, mobile, or desktop platforms, with reusable components and shared development practices across the applications.

This role is suitable for someone with at least one year of software development experience who is willing to learn and grow with the team. The use of AI tools is permitted to support your work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain application features using JavaScript and React.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Develop web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Assist with cross-platform applications using React Native or Electron.js when required.
• Develop and integrate backend APIs using Node.js.
• Connect applications to databases and third-party services.
• Identify and fix bugs or technical issues.
• Test applications before release.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Use Git for source-code management.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and project team members.
• Participate in code reviews and project discussions.
• Maintain basic technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of working experience in software development or web development.
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with React.js.
• Basic knowledge of Node.js and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Next.js, React Native, or Electron.js is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn new technologies.
