-Manage electrical engineering projects from initiation through closure. -Ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. -Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress against milestones, and adjust plans to meet deadlines. -Coordinate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless project execution. -Perform technical analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to inform project decisions. -Design and review electrical and mechanical systems, components, and layouts to meet project specifications. -Ensure all project activities comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. -Troubleshoot and resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact on delivery. -Assist to prepare comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholder communication. -Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to the development and implementation of best practices. -Analyze project specifications thoroughly to ensure full compliance and feasibility. Qualifications and Skill -Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. -Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field. -At least 5 years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry. -Proven experience in project management, preferably in the electrical and mechanical engineering fields. -Strong technical skills in electrical systems design and analysis. -Proficiency in project management. -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. -Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. -Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
