Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare Purchase Order to suppliers
- Follow up with suppliers on quotation, order status and delivery
- To check inventory record to validate restocking
- Filling and other admin jobs as required by the management
- Attend to all incoming/outgoing call
- Reply company email
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least SPM
- Knowledge of MS Office & SQL system
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Preference to those with 1 year working experience in related fields
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
Working day : Monday-Friday (8.30am-6.00pm)
Working Location : Seksyen 32 Shah Alam, Selangor
Pay : RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
