Full Time Forwarding Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Mine Logistics Selangor - Maukerja

JOB DESCRIPTION

a) Daily scope activities: -

• Open Smart Freight Job
• Checking incoming & receiving emails from Customer Service & Shipper
• Checking port system on job closing
• Compiling with sorting all completed job.

b) Support the CS and sales team when exporter request documents checking.

c) Cross check the following documents when CS / Shipper provided: -

• Booking Confirmation
• Invoice
• Packing List
• Insurance
• Other related government authority (OGA ePermit) – MTIB / MAQIS & etc

d) All jobs must complete the draft K2 before leaving the office to avoid lateness on confirmationdraft K2 from shipper before vessel closing.

e) Print & cross check with print the declaration K2 especially on the exportation clauses, HS code and any export duty / SST before forward the final copy to shipper for checking and confirm.

f) Declare draft custom declaration form for K2 / K3 / K8 / K9 / ZB at ALDEC system.

g) Follow up daily workflow’s status: -

• Follow up pending export original / copy documents from Shipper.
• Checking Vessel cut-off time / closing from Westport / Northport system.
• Checking paper clearance before closing.

h) Weekly job report: -

• Forwarding volume report
• New customer appointed ML as forwarding agent.

i) All appropriate documents are to be kept and filling properly to track back for future reference.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• MUST have Kursus Agent Kastam (KEK) Certificate (advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
