Are you an experienced Information Security professional with expertise in Email Security and Endpoint Protection? We're looking for a skilled Email Security & Endpoint Security Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting enterprise-level security infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.

If you have hands-on experience with Proofpoint, Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (MDO), Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE), Intune, Exchange Online, or Microsoft 365 Security, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and administer on-premises and cloud-based Email Security and Endpoint Security solutions.
• Configure, optimize, and enhance security controls to improve overall security posture.
• Lead service improvement initiatives to reduce operational, compliance, and security risks.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams, security operations, service owners, and business stakeholders.
• Analyze business security requirements and implement effective security solutions.
• Investigate and resolve high-priority incidents, escalations, and security issues.
• Support product lifecycle activities including upgrades, new feature implementation, and end-of-life planning.
• Contribute to governance, audit readiness, risk management, and compliance activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and security runbooks.
• Generate reports and perform log analysis using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SIEM platforms.
• Identify opportunities to automate routine operational and security tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the Information Security domain.
• Hands-on experience with Email Security platforms
• Experience with Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes.
• Ability to automate repetitive operational tasks.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or CEH are an added advantage.
