The company is a reputable Fit-Out Contractor that offers a multitude of specialty in the main sectors of healthcare renovation, interior design cabinetry works, and maintenance services. It has been growing rapidly over the years and currently seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to support it's project and procurement operations. Fresh graduates and junior candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender submissions, quotations and contract documents, including bills of quantities, in coordination with the architect, consultants and/or client
• Source and obtain pricing from our existing panel of subcontractors and suppliers; liaise and negotiate to secure competitive rates
• Prepare progress claims and closing final accounts for projects
• Issue the necessary paperwork to support the internal purchasing team in raising Purchase Orders (PO)
• Perform quantity take-offs and measurements (sqft / quantity) to reconcile work completed on site against subcontractor and supplier claims
• Undertake cost analysis for project work and assist in feasibility studies
• Carry out other QS duties as assigned by the superior

Additional Information/ Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 1 year in a related field, however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel
• Background in Architecture, Interior Design, or Fit-out projects will be an added advantage
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence
